Your Rights To Know

The difference between CHEFS and  PERSONAL COOKS.
A private chef is employed by one individual or family full time, and often lives in, preparing up to three meals per day.
A
personal chef serves several clients, usually one per day, and provides multiple meals that are custom-designed for the clients' particular requests and requirements.
A cook is a profession for individuals who prepare food for consumption in the food industry in settings such as restaurants. A cook is sometimes referred to as a chef, although in the culinary world, the terms are not interchangeable.
Most important thing to keep in mind and to know, is that I'm not a chef, I'm just your average homecooker who has a tremendous passion for cooking Therefore, you’ll see that my meals are often inspired first and foremost by traditional home cooked  meals-meaning recipes passed throughout generations or Shugs very own recipes. Food Handler Permit Approved.
